Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Listening and Reputation Management Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on monitoring and analyzing brand sentiment across various platforms, including Trustpilot, Meta reviews, and TikTok perceptions. The ideal candidate will work alongside our Analyst and Insights Strategist to generate reports, provide real-time alerts on reputational issues, and conduct monthly competitive benchmarking to inform our strategies. Key Responsibilities: Monitor brand sentiment and public perception across key platforms, including Trustpilot, Meta, TikTok, and more. Produce weekly reports summarizing brand sentiment, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Deliver real-time alerts regarding potential reputational risks or issues that require immediate attention. Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking to evaluate the brand’s performance relative to competitors. Collaborate with the Insights Strategist to interpret findings and recommend strategies to enhance brand reputation. Engage with customers and followers on social media to gather feedback and understand sentiment trends. Stay updated on industry trends in social listening and reputation management to continually refine processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in social listening, reputation management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and platforms, such as Trustpilot, Meta, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects effectively. Critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving in real-time situations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
