Job Description KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED: Extensive knowledge of accounting and business management within technology products and services. Demonstrable experience in similar roles within technology-focused companies. Experience managing US-based companies and their subsidiaries. Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary, high-performance teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, accounting, and administrative management systems. Language: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Excellent social and interpersonal skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Exceptional strategic problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented with a focus on planning and strategic execution. Quick learner with a high capacity for financial management, especially in startup environments. Experience and ability to structure and lead the finance department, defining systems and processes from scratch. JOB FUNCTIONS: Implement the company's financial strategy and integrate it with operational activities. Design and establish the finance structure for the company, defining how the area will operate. Manage financial controls and oversee accounting procedures. Ensure transparency in financial performance across the company and its subsidiaries. Provide guidance on revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives. Communicate potential risks effectively and promptly. Plan and execute to achieve annual financial targets. Assist the CEO in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors. Coordinate with Operations and Administration teams to align financial operations. Develop, implement, and monitor short, medium, and long-term cash flow strategies. Maintain efficiency in invoicing and customer payment processes, with the assistance of a designated administrative staff member. Facilitate funding for company projects. Coordinate and manage all tax documentation as required. Provide necessary resources and support to team members. Define and calculate company KPIs to track performance metrics.
