Company Overview Leading company in the healthcare sector specializing in the collection of medical insurance payments. We act as intermediaries between healthcare providers and insurance companies, ensuring timely and efficient collections. Our commitment to excellent service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients sets us apart in the industry. Position Overview We are seeking a visionary and tactful Commercial Director to establish and lead our commercial department from the ground up. This role involves integrating suitable CRM systems, structuring processes, and managing a dedicated team. If you have a passion for building and developing teams while fostering client relationships, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the commercial strategy, shaping the department from scratch. Select and integrate an appropriate CRM system to enhance operations and client management. Build and structure a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a tactful approach in all interactions. Establish processes and procedures to streamline sales and client engagement efforts. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present reports on commercial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes and team management. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and tactful communication. Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to integrate and tailor solutions to fit business needs. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing teams and processes. Proven track record of developing strategies and driving results. Additional Information Please note that the final interview for this position will be conducted in person (Cuajimalpa)
