Key Responsibilities Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements. Detect bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to enhance product retention, growth, and usability. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align on product direction and priorities. Apply UX best practices and customer-centric thinking to improve digital user experiences. Clearly communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels. Technical & Analytical Requirements Proven experience in product analysis or similar roles in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics. Familiarity with UX concepts and design tools like Figma. User-Centered Mindset Solid understanding of customer-centric design and UX best practices.
