Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Growth professional to join our team at an early-stage startup. This role is key to scaling our operations in both B2B and B2C markets by implementing innovative and effective strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate closely with the product team to optimize the marketing of products and services. Build and lead teams from scratch, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Manage product marketing with a focus on value creation and market positioning. Use data analysis to continuously iterate and improve marketing campaigns and strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in early-stage startups, scaling operations from the ground up. Strong knowledge of SaaS, B2B, and B2C, with experience in implementing adaptive strategies. Ability to manage the full product marketing cycle, from development to commercialization. Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, with a clear passion for growth and innovation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Passion for AI and new technologies Required Skills: Growth Marketing Strategy: Ability to design and implement tactics focused on scalable user and customer acquisition, retention, and growth. Data Analysis: Skill in interpreting campaign data and customer behavior to make informed decisions. Team Management: Experience building and leading cross-functional teams from scratch, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. In-depth knowledge of product marketing, including developing positioning strategies and coordinating with product teams. Digital Marketing: Experience with digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. Project Management: Ability to autonomously manage marketing projects, meeting deadlines and business objectives. Communication and Presentation: Ability to communicate strategies and results clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive approach, creativity in problem-solving, and quick decision-making in high-uncertainty environments. Advanced english and spanish
