Mappa builds real-time voice-AI infrastructure that decodes over 100,000 behavior patterns based on prosodic and linguistic signals per person, turning them into actionable  insights for hiring, and more. We’re growing fast—and need a data-obsessed operator to keep our performance flywheel spinning.Role Purpose Own the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Mappa’s platform—driving adoption, activation, and revenue growth Core Responsibilities  • Partner with Product Designer, Tech and Growth to define value props, personas, UX and success metrics for every release.  • Design and execute GTM plans—beta programs, rollout comms, launch assets, and enablement.  • Own website and self-serve funnel messaging; iterate with A/B tests and analytics.  • Conduct market and user research to uncover pains, Jobs-to-Be-Done, and whitespace.  • Collaborate with Growth to run campaigns that boost qualified leads and product-led expansion.  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, decks, and objection-handling guides.  • Track launch KPIs and synthesize insights for C-level decision-making.Must-Have Skills  • 3–5 years in product marketing for B2B SaaS or growth startups.  • Proven record of launching technical products and driving measurable adoption.  • Sharp storyteller who can distill complex ML / API concepts into clear, compelling copy and narrative.  • Data fluency—comfortable in BI for cohort and funnel analysis.  • Growth toolkit: A/B testing frameworks, pricing strategy, lifecycle email, PLG best practices.  • Strong project management—able to rally Design, Eng, Sales, and Comms against tight timelines.  • Native-level English and Spanish. Nice-to-Have  • Exposure to API or Enterprise products.  • Experience with marketing and productization in early stage startups.
