Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Mexico City – Hybrid)
Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid)
Experience Level: Entry-Level (1–3 years of experience)
Languages Required: Spanish (required); English is desirable but not essential
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role that requires a solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess client needs in the Mexican market
Actively prospect and generate new business via cold calls, networking, social media, and other lead generation strategies
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present services and understand their requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue goals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, support) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
Manage the sales pipeline, update CRM records, and provide accurate sales reporting
Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and best practices in B2B sales
Requirements
Proven experience in a B2B sales role in the Mexican market
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated with strong work ethic
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Familiarity with marketing and negotiation techniques
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Availability to travel within Mexico as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing, services)
Knowledge of Mexico’s business and cultural landscape
