About the Role: We are looking for a highly competent and proactive Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert in managing production processes, especially for printed materials, and will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role focused on production excellence, requiring sharp judgment and a strong ability to manage vendors to ensure the highest quality standards in every delivery. While primarily focused on materials production, this role also involves team leadership and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for various materials, with a primary focus on leading print production to meet all specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, acting as the main point of contact to ensure optimal performance and effective negotiation. Implement rigorous quality controls, acting as a critical filter to ensure all outputs meet our standards. Lead and manage a production team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables. Oversee the coordination and execution of events to ensure smooth operations, for both in-person and remote settings. Develop and monitor project budgets, closely tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, team members, and other internal stakeholders. Requirements: 5 years of proven experience in a production-focused role, preferably within a marketing agency or a similar dynamic environment. Strong hands-on experience in managing the production of printed materials. Demonstrable experience in vendor and supplier management. Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. Excellent decision-making skills and sound judgment. Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
