Junior Influencer Manager

Location: Remote (EST Time Zone) - LATAM Language: Advanced English only Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We looking for a personable and charismatic entry-level Influencer Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those just starting their careers. You’ll focus on connecting with creators and helping campaigns run smoothly. No prior experience is required, enthusiasm and a people-first attitude are what matter most! Key Responsibilities: Source creators directly and build strong relationships. Meet with creators’ managers or agencies if needed. Draft contracts and handle payments. Track analytics and measure campaign effectiveness. Coordinate between creators, researchers, and editors to ensure timely video posting. Lead video calls with creators/managers and convince them to collaborate with us. Qualifications: Personable, charismatic, and confident on video calls. Understanding of short-form content marketing is a plus. Bonus Points: Past experience as a medical tourist. Propósito del rol: Buscamos un/a Junior Influencer Manager responsable de la búsqueda, validación y gestión operativa de talentos (influencers) para nuestras campañas. Esta persona asegurará que cada perfil seleccionado esté alineado con la estrategia de la marca, gestionando el contacto, la negociación y el seguimiento de entregables para garantizar una ejecución impecable. Responsabilidades principales: Recibir del Account Manager el brief con los perfiles de influencers deseados para cada campaña. Buscar, validar y seleccionar perfiles de influencers alineados con la estrategia de la marca. Gestionar el contacto directo con talentos o sus representantes para negociar condiciones, costos y fechas. Registrar la información de los influencers en las propuestas: nombre, usuario, alcance, engagement, costos y links relevantes. Coordinar la preparación y envío de contratos con el área Legal. Supervisar la calidad de los contenidos entregados por los influencers, asegurando que cumplan con los lineamientos de la campaña. Hacer seguimiento a la publicación de contenidos en tiempo y forma. Mantener actualizada la base de datos de talentos gestionados. Perfil que buscamos: Hard Skills: Conocimiento del ecosistema de influencers y creadores de contenido. Manejo de métricas clave: alcance, engagement, CPM, interacciones. Capacidad para buscar, validar y contactar perfiles de influencers. Habilidades de negociación con talentos y representantes. Gestión operativa de entregables, fechas y procesos administrativos. Manejo de herramientas colaborativas: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion. Soft Skills: Comunicación efectiva y profesional. Habilidades de negociación y resolución de conflictos. Organización y atención al detalle. Sensibilidad creativa para identificar talentos alineados a la marca. Proactividad, disposición para aprender y adaptarse. Experiencia requerida: 1 a 2 años en roles relacionados con Influencer Marketing, PR, Talent Management o Marketing Digital. Experiencia en agencias de marketing, PR, equipos de marketing de marcas o empresas de representación de talentos (deseable). Experiencia en la gestión operativa de campañas, selección de influencers o coordinación de colaboraciones. Conocimiento práctico de Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube y sus métricas Formación y perfiles afines: Carreras: Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación, Relaciones Públicas, Producción de Medios Digitales, Gestión de Negocios de Entretenimiento. Experiencia previa como Community Manager, Coordinador/a de Influencer Marketing o Talent Assistant con foco en campañas y colaboraciones.

Job Description – Content & SEO Strategist Key Role: A professional who combines technical and creative skills to create and manage content that attracts the right audience, drives organic traffic, and supports Mappa’s strategic objectives. What you’ll do: Design and execute a SEO-first content strategy (blogs, case studies, landing pages, newsletters). Optimize both classic content (on-page and technical) and emerging areas: GEO / AEO / AIO (Generative Engine Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization, AI Optimization) to rank in generative platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Chat, or similar engines. Implement advanced technologies: llms.txt, structured data (FAQ & HowTo), and LLM-focused content optimization. Align content with conversational, long-tail, voice, and multimodal searches. Build and strengthen topical authority through E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust). Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to measure impact on traffic, inbound leads, and GEO/SEO coverage. Tools you should master (hands-on): SEO & Analytics: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog (or similar platforms). Content & AI: SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT (for research and co-creation). Collaboration & Publishing: CMS (WordPress / Webflow), Notion, HubSpot (or similar CRM). Tracking & Reporting: Looker Studio / Power BI, keyword clustering, and search intent mapping. Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering and LLM content optimization.
