Position Overview We are seeking an Associate with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join our team in California. This role is ideal for a highly capable attorney who thrives on complex commercial disputes. The candidate must possess strong analytical, writing, and client service skills, with a desire to appear in court and confident oral communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Case Management: Manage all phases of general commercial litigation matters, including real estate, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of lease disputes. Legal Analysis & Drafting: Conduct exceptional analytical work and legal writing for complex case documents. Court Appearances: Handle court appearances and depositions (experience ideal, but not required). Client Service: Provide excellent client service and collaborate effectively within our team environment. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 5-7 years of litigation experience (preferred handling of real estate, fraud, breach of contract, breach of lease, and general commercial matters). License: Active California law license and good standing. Essential Skills: Strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Oral Communication: Desire to appear in court and confident oral communication skills are required. Desirable Skills Prior experience with depositions and court appearances.
