Job Description: Operations Manager Role Purpose: The Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing our hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Process Creation and Optimization: Develop streamlined processes for the recruitment team, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Refine existing processes to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability. KPI Establishment and Measurement: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to hiring operations. Regularly measure and analyze KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Demand Forecasting and Resource Allocation: Analyze hiring demands and forecast personnel needs based on business requirements. Collaborate with leadership to allocate resources effectively across hiring teams. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise between recruitment teams and account managers/customer success to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client hiring needs. Facilitate information flow and collaboration to optimize client satisfaction and recruitment outcomes. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in operations management, specifically within the hiring or recruitment domain. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret data-driven insights. Experience in process improvement and KPI implementation.
