You'll leverage your deep understanding of marketing analytics, data analysis, and software solutions to architect and present customized solutions that drive customer success. What Success Looks Like: Solution Design and Implementation: Architect, design, and implement tailored solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with their business and marketing goals and data strategies. Translate complex technical features into clear, accurate & business-oriented benefits. Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and deliver compelling product trials and presentations that meet their business needs. Serve as the solutions expert and technical advisor during the sales and trial process. Technical Consultation: Provide consultation on best practices in marketing analytics, data integration, and campaign optimization. Help clients understand how to leverage our platform for maximum impact. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the product development roadmap. Ensure our solutions meet and exceed client expectations. Ongoing Strategic Support: Develop and deliver needed materials & training to clients and provide ongoing strategic support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics. Utilize insights to inform solution development and strategic planning. What You Bring to the Table: Experience in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or Data Analytics 3+ years of experience within a SaaS, business intelligence, or marketing analytics startup. Must be comfortable in writing and interpreting SQL code with an emphasis on PostgreSQL. Familiarity with the basics of data pipeline processing (ETL, ELT, etc.) including a basic understanding of existing platforms: FiveTran, Stitch, Airbyte. Strong technical proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and data visualization tools. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful solutions for clients. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As we scale, we need a Senior Community & Paid Social Growth Manager who is not just a community leader but a strategic operator—someone who can handle large-scale community organization, optimize paid ad campaigns, and drive creator success. This is not a traditional community manager role. We need someone proactive, process-driven, and strategic who can activate our creator network, optimize ad performance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale our business. What You’ll Do 🛠️ Community & Creator Operations Organize & Activate: Structure and manage our growing creator database, ensuring effective onboarding, categorization, and engagement. Engagement & Communication: Handle high volumes of inbound creator inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and other channels. Data & Process Optimization: Implement tagging systems, automation solutions (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot), and scalable workflows to improve creator tracking, communication, and activation. What We’re Looking For ✅ 3-5+ years of experience in community operations, influencer marketing, or paid social growth. ✅ Hands-on experience running TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube ad campaigns. ✅ Highly organized & process-driven—able to implement automation tools and tagging systems. ✅ Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, KPIs, and ad performance tracking. ✅ Excellent communication skills—you’ll be the face of our creator relationships. ✅ Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus, as many of our creators are Spanish-speaking.
