Software Engineer & DevOps Position We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer & DevOps to enhance our software development lifecycle and ensure seamless deployment and operations. Key Responsibilities Understand deployment and monitoring needs on GCP and/or AWS. Ensure stability, compliance, and scalability of the platform. Develop and maintain scalable software solutions. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications. Ensure security and compliance in all software solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Proficient in programming languages such as Python, or Javascript. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

As the workload of technology projects within our organization continues to grow, we require an individual with exceptional IT project leadership skills who can take on the responsibility of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Lead technology projects from inception to successful implementation. Understand client requirements and translate them into technically understandable terms. Select the appropriate technology for each project. Manage and coordinate the project team, ensuring resources are aligned with project objectives. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English communication. Instill confidence and assurance throughout all project stages. Additional Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project development and/or leadership. Proven expertise in technology project leadership. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently. Availability to work remotely from Colombia on a full-time basis. Solid Experience in Slack. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology. Proficiency in Git/Github. Experience with Figma. Competence in Google Workspace. Knowledge of AWS services.
