Entregar artes finales listas para producción y/o publicación. Colaborar activamente con creativos, copywriters y media planners. Herramientas y habilidades técnicas necesarias Adobe Photoshop (avanzado) Adobe Illustrator (avanzado) InDesign After Effects (nivel básico/intermedio para motion simple) Figma (deseable) Canva Pro (versatilidad para entregas exprés) Conocimiento básico en formatos para digital ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email y OOH Requisitos esenciales 2 a 3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico aplicado a campañas de alto impacto. 2 a 3 años de experiencia con Social Media en general. Experiencia en productos financieros, fintech, remesas o campañas para audiencias hispanas. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con entregas rápidas y múltiples versiones. Altísimo nivel de detalle, estética y ejecución limpia. Experiencia trabajando en equipos creativos multidisciplinarios. Portafolio indispensable con campañas integradas. Extras que suman puntos (no excluyentes): Conocimiento general de UX/UI (para entender flujos, no para diseñarlos). Bilingüe (español/inglés). Experiencia con data-driven design o campañas segmentadas por comportamiento.

Key Responsibilities: Provide general customer service, including answering phone calls and responding to emails related to LNP requests. Assist with all inquiries and requests regarding LNP processes. Follow up on LNP issues that may need to be escalated to other departments. Communicate updates on LNP status to internal departments via email and phone. Work closely with account representatives and carriers to resolve LNP-related issues.
