The Role Since we launched, we’ve seen strong initial traction. We’ve operated with a mix of sales and product-led motion, selling to a mixture of enterprise and small-mid-market customers. Until now, the Founders have led the sales motion. We’re looking for someone to work closely with the CEO/COO and Product team to define, improve and iterate on the Sales Motion. You’ll see yourself as someone who can grow into a leadership position, be closely involved in defining strategy, and be responsible for executing against it! You aim to help us source new leads, generate the first conversations, pre-qualify the leads, and run the sales process. The idea is to continue building the SDR playbook hand-in-hand with the COO. Over several months you should be ready to begin taking on more and more responsibility in managing deals by yourself.
