Creative AI Visual Designer

Perfil que buscamos Buscamos un(a) diseñador(a) gráfico(a) senior, con enfoque en campañas 360° y alto rendimiento creativo, para una campaña masiva de marketing digital de producto financiero dirigida a mexicanos en Estados Unidos. Necesitamos un perfil altamente proactivo, con agilidad para ejecutar múltiples piezas, criterio estético sólido y experiencia desarrollando campañas integrales en medios digitales y tradicionales. Este rol requiere a alguien que pueda transformar rápidamente briefs en piezas visuales claras, poderosas y culturalmente relevantes, manteniendo estándares de calidad top. Responsabilidades clave Diseñar y adaptar todas las piezas gráficas de la campaña para: Redes sociales (orgánico y ads) Banners display y programática Email marketing Outdoor (OOH), impresos y materiales promocionales Key visuals de campaña y adaptaciones Ejecutar de forma ágil y mantener consistencia visual entre canales. Recibir feedback y realizar ajustes con rapidez sin perder calidad. Proponer soluciones visuales creativas alineadas con el tono estratégico. Entregar artes finales listas para producción y/o publicación. Colaborar activamente con creativos, copywriters y media planners. Herramientas y habilidades técnicas necesarias Adobe Photoshop (avanzado) Adobe Illustrator (avanzado) InDesign After Effects (nivel básico/intermedio para motion simple) Figma (deseable) Canva Pro (versatilidad para entregas exprés) Conocimiento básico en formatos para digital ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email y OOH Requisitos esenciales 2 a 3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico aplicado a campañas de alto impacto. 2 a 3 años de experiencia con Social Media en general. Experiencia en productos financieros, fintech, remesas o campañas para audiencias hispanas. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con entregas rápidas y múltiples versiones. Altísimo nivel de detalle, estética y ejecución limpia. Experiencia trabajando en equipos creativos multidisciplinarios. Portafolio indispensable con campañas integradas. Extras que suman puntos (no excluyentes): Conocimiento general de UX/UI (para entender flujos, no para diseñarlos). Bilingüe (español/inglés). Experiencia con data-driven design o campañas segmentadas por comportamiento.

Role Purpose Design, implement, and maintain agentic systems that turn raw voice data into intelligent decisions. You'll own the architecture and prompt logic behind Mappa’s LLM pipelines—ensuring safe, scalable, and high-precision outcomes. Key Outcomes (First 6 Months) Build and deploy core LLM agents capable of executing multi-step reasoning tasks with memory, safety checks, and structured handoffs. Deliver prompt architectures that support real-time interaction with prosodic and linguistic features. Implement testing and evaluation workflows to monitor hallucinations, latency, and performance of agentic flows. Collaborate with behavioral scientists and product teams to continuously refine the signal-to-insight loop. Core Responsibilities Architect and maintain prompt frameworks, chains, and guardrails for LLM-based behavior inference. Build custom agents using tools like OpenAI’s Agents Framework, integrating with internal APIs and voice-processing layers. Implement memory systems, feedback loops, and handoff logic to other systems (human or machine). Ensure safety, reliability, and transparency across LLM interactions. Partner with Engineering and Data Science to continuously test, fine-tune, and improve LLM performance. Document systems, prompts, and experiments for internal reproducibility and iteration. Must-Have Skills 3–5 years of experience in backend or ML engineering with exposure to LLMs and agentic architectures. Strong knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agents, LangChain, or similar). Understanding of memory management, handoff logic, and prompt evaluation techniques. Ability to collaborate closely with product, behavior science, and data teams. Fluent English. Nice-to-Have Experience working with safety tooling for LLMs (e.g., moderation APIs, rule-based filters, evaluation tooling). Exposure to voice, audio, or NLP pipelines.
