Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally within an agency or performance marketing environment. Deep platform expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and app ecosystems (Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, etc.). Strong understanding of keyword architecture, query mapping, bidding models, and conversion tracking. Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar paid search budgets with accountability for CPA, ROAS, and ROI performance. Proficiency in automation tools and scripts (e.g., SA360, Skai, Marin, or in-house API-based solutions). Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and business recommendations. Experience designing and executing A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution modeling, and feed-based automation. Strong collaboration skills — able to partner with cross-functional teams across Creative, Analytics, SEO, and Account to drive integrated performance.
