Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Country Manager (Production Manager) based in Curazao. This role requires exceptional organizational and management skills, as well as a hands-on approach to effectively manage vendors, service providers, and oversee the execution of events. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Production Management: Take ownership of the production management process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of all projects within allocated timelines and budgets. Vendor and Service Provider Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring availability of required resources and securing competitive pricing. Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events both onsite and offsite, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences. Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses closely, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high quality standards. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the production process. Problem Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and implement timely and effective solutions to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution of projects. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in production management, event planning, and vendor management within the events or related industry. Location: Based in Belice, with strong knowledge of local vendors, contacts, and the ability to resolve day-to-day event issues. Skills: Strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in event management, hospitality, or related fields are advantageous.
