We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring intuitive and engaging experiences to life. Key Responsibilities: Design and iterate on UI elements, page layouts, and design systems for digital products. Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to understand user needs and business goals. Create branding assets and visual content such as icons, illustrations, and marketing graphics as needed. Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience aligned with brand guidelines. Test and improve designs based on user feedback and analytics. Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Graphic Designer in digital environments. Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects (including web and/or mobile applications). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or similar. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles. Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe XD). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Previous experience designing for startups or fast-paced teams is a bonus.
