Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Brand Awareness Research and Insights Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on conducting field surveys and tracking brand awareness and price perception. The ideal candidate will utilize a structured methodology, including monthly surveys and a brand health model, to generate insights that drive our brand strategy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly surveys (8 questions) to measure key metrics such as brand awareness, consideration, and price perception. Implement a brand health model to assess the overall standing of the brand in the market. Monitor and track Net Promoter Score (NPS) and brand trust to gauge customer loyalty and sentiment. Create a visual dashboard to display trends and insights derived from survey data. Analyze survey results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for brand strategy improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on insights and the implementation of strategies to enhance brand perception. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in brand research and measurement methodologies. Qualifications: Proven experience in market research, brand analytics, or insights generation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and trends effectively. Experience designing and executing surveys, as well as familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams. Proficiency in using data visualization tools to create dashboards and present insights clearly. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Research, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
