Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in our sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include cold-calling prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up demonstrations of our solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and engage with potential clients within the pharmacy and healthcare sectors. Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of client needs. Schedule and coordinate product demos with potential clients to showcase our solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to prospects. Contribute to the development of sales strategies that enhance client acquisition. Qualifications: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare systems. Background in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience running demos or presentations that showcase products or services. Strong desire to succeed and a “hustler” mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
