Purpose of the Role Provide comprehensive support to the commercial and project departments, ensuring proper budget control, accurate expense validation, and coordination with national and international suppliers. Additionally, assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities Budget Management and Expense Validation Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets. Accurately and promptly validate and reconcile expenses. Maintain an up-to-date record of invoices, receipts, and administrative documents. Commercial Support and Proposal Assistance Collaborate in drafting, structuring, and presenting commercial proposals. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for clients and strategic partners. Ensure information consistency and the quality of deliverables. Supplier and International Partner Management Contact and negotiate with suppliers across different countries. Coordinate quotes, delivery times, and service conditions. Maintain trusted relationships to ensure cost, quality, and timeline compliance. General Commercial Support Keep the client, supplier, and project databases updated. Provide logistical and administrative support for the commercial team’s activities. Participate in internal and external meetings, taking minutes or follow-up reports. Job Requirements Education: Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial, administrative, or project roles, preferably with experience managing budgets and international suppliers. Languages: Intermediate to advanced English (essential for supplier communication). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, expense tracking, reporting). Proficient with office software (Word, PowerPoint). Experience with project management software or ERP systems is a plus. Key Competencies Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Negotiation skills and intercultural relationship management. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Teamwork and cross-functional support.
