Job Description – Content & SEO Strategist Key Role: A professional who combines technical and creative skills to create and manage content that attracts the right audience, drives organic traffic, and supports Mappa’s strategic objectives. What you’ll do: Design and execute a SEO-first content strategy (blogs, case studies, landing pages, newsletters). Optimize both classic content (on-page and technical) and emerging areas: GEO / AEO / AIO (Generative Engine Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization, AI Optimization) to rank in generative platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Chat, or similar engines. Implement advanced technologies: llms.txt, structured data (FAQ & HowTo), and LLM-focused content optimization. Align content with conversational, long-tail, voice, and multimodal searches. Build and strengthen topical authority through E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust). Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to measure impact on traffic, inbound leads, and GEO/SEO coverage. Tools you should master (hands-on): SEO & Analytics: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog (or similar platforms). Content & AI: SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT (for research and co-creation). Collaboration & Publishing: CMS (WordPress / Webflow), Notion, HubSpot (or similar CRM). Tracking & Reporting: Looker Studio / Power BI, keyword clustering, and search intent mapping. Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering and LLM content optimization.
