Lead Prompt Engineer & Copywriter Location: Remote-first (LatAm timezone)We’re looking for someone who can turn complexity into plain, persuasive English—so end consumers understand, trust, and want to use our products. This role blends prompt design with editorial leadership: you’ll own the tone, clarity, and quality of everything that comes out of our models. What you’ll do Shape prompts that work: Design and refine prompts and agent flows to produce outputs that are accurate, easy to read, and commercially engaging. Guard language quality: Create and enforce a style guide. Develop rubrics and golden samples to keep tone, clarity, and correctness consistent across outputs. Lead copy excellence: Review and polish high-impact copy, ensuring everything we ship is sharp, on-voice, and customer-ready. Build evaluation standards: Define what “good output” means. Audit results, measure clarity, and track improvements. Collaborate cross-team: Partner with product, design, and engineering to ensure language flows make sense in real-world use. What makes you a fit Exceptional English mastery: Native-level fluency with a feel for nuance, tone, and style. You know how to make text sing. No fluff. High EQ: You understand people, and you can write in ways that connect emotionally and commercially. Prompt experience: Familiar with large language models, model sandboxes, model fine-tuning, and similar tools—you know how to steer outputs and spot weaknesses. Copy instincts: Strong track record in writing, editing, or copywriting where clarity and persuasion matter. Portfolio: Samples that show how you’ve transformed messy drafts into clean, sharp, consumer-ready content. First 30 days: what success looks like Clarity: 100% of outputs reviewed meet your style guide and clarity standards. Consistency: A tone/voice rubric is live and adopted across the team. Commercial sharpness: Model outputs sound not just correct, but compelling—something a consumer would trust and act on.
