This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those just starting their careers. You’ll focus on connecting with creators and helping campaigns run smoothly. No prior experience is required, enthusiasm and a people-first attitude are what matter most! Key Responsibilities: Source creators directly and build strong relationships. Meet with creators’ managers or agencies if needed. Draft contracts and handle payments. Track analytics and measure campaign effectiveness. Coordinate between creators, researchers, and editors to ensure timely video posting. Lead video calls with creators/managers and convince them to collaborate with us. Qualifications: Personable, charismatic, and confident on video calls. Understanding of short-form content marketing is a plus. Bonus Points: Past experience as a medical tourist.
