Your Mission Turn Mappa into a brand with a pulse, not just another AI company. We want our digital presence to feel as smart, bold, and human as our product. Your mission: get people talking, sharing, and wanting to be part of the Mappa movement. Key Responsibilities Design and execute our content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms Create visual and written narratives aligned with our brand voice — intelligent, bold, and human. Generate daily (yes, daily) ideas that tap into digital culture and the future of work. Coordinate content production: videos, micro-clips, trends, testimonials, and purpose-driven memes. Measure, analyze, and optimize results (engagement rate, organic growth, brand awareness, traffic). Collaborate with the Product, Talent, and PR teams to amplify launches, partnerships, and events. Stay on top of viral trends and sounds — be the internal cultural radar for the team.  What We’re Looking For Gen Z mindset: You get the internet — trends, memes, and how to turn them into meaningful content. Speed + judgment: You can catch ideas in seconds and translate them into sharp, on-brand execution. Native social fluency: You know how TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms really work. Killer copywriting: You craft posts that stop the scroll. Strategic creativity: You don’t just post — you understand the why and who behind every move. Full autonomy: You love to move fast, experiment, and measure impact. Fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken (our core market is the U.S.).  Bonus Points Experience in startups or tech. Interest in AI, the future of work, or human psychology. Ability to record or edit short-form content.
