You will work closely with the Accounting Service Manager and other teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, supporting our mission of fostering small business growth. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 4 - 6 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes). We highly value candidates with background in companies such as: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to evolving accounting technologies.
