Nos importa más tu actitud, tu pasión por lo que haces y experiencia demostrable en ventas. Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en roles similares, preferentemente en ventas técnicas y atención al cliente en el sector agrícola. Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimiento en frutales, sistemas de riego y sumas muchos puntos si sabes de agricultura de precisión. Conocimiento en uso de software CRM o gestión de clientes y los típicos de ofimática (Excel, PowerPoint). Habilidades Comerciales: Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes y distribuidores, cumpliendo con metas comerciales. En esto somos muy rigurosos.
