Job description
What we need you to tackle
We’re looking for a senior RevOps practitioner who is equally strong in HubSpot and Salesforce, with deep hands-on experience architecting and building complex CRM and marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning integrations end to end, can think through data structure and technical tradeoffs, and can guide developers without needing to write production code themselves. You should be confident in client-facing conversations, able to explain technical decisions in business terms, and comfortable juggling multiple agency engagements at a fast pace. Experience with Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud is a strong plus.

Your day-to-day
Architect, build, and maintain complex HubSpot CRM and automation setups, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
Design and troubleshoot HubSpot-Salesforce integrations, including field mapping, sync logic, deduplication, and production error resolution.
Lead the technical portions of client discovery, scoping, solution walkthroughs, trainings, and troubleshooting calls.
Scope and guide custom API integrations, translating business requirements into data flows and technical architecture for developers to implement.
Build and QA marketing automation programs in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including nurture sequences and campaign infrastructure.
Audit client portals and tech stacks, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements across the RevOps environment.
Nice to haves
- Build trustworthy, decision-grade reporting and proactively QA data, spotting anomalies and root issues before they affect client decisions and revenue insights.
- Apply hypothesis-driven, root-cause analysis to isolate and fix data and sync defects across platforms quickly, minimizing client impact in high-stakes environments.
- Leverage and govern middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato) and third-party tools to handle non-native integrations with resiliency, observability, and data hygiene.
