We are looking for a Project Manager & Business Development Lead with agency experience to lead strategic projects and drive new business opportunities. This role combines end-to-end project management with the ability to identify and secure business opportunities, maximizing value for clients and the company. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance. Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure requirements and expectations are met. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with existing clients, driving account growth. Propose innovative strategies and tailored solutions to meet client needs. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term business development. Implement and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and organization in project management. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Developer in the agency sector. Exceptional communication skills in English (native or advanced level). Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams. Valid U.S. visa or EU passport.
