High learning speed Financial management in companies, preferably start-ups. JOB FUNCTIONS: Execute the company's financial strategy and link it to operations. Manage financial controls and accounting procedures. Ensure full transparency on the company's financial performance both in holding and subsidiaries. Provide advice on how to increase revenues and reduce costs. Effectively and communicate potential risks promptly. Plan to ensure achievement of annual financial targets. Support the CEO in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial plans, in English to the VCs. Coordinate the Operations and Administration team according to the financial flows. Design, execution and monitoring of the company's short, medium and long-term cash flow. Maintain speed and accuracy of invoices and customer payments efficiently. Carry out funding for company projects. Coordinate and file all tax documentation as required. Provide necessary resources to team members. Define and calculate the company's KPIs.
