Mappa closed an oversubscribed $3.4M seed round led by Draper Associates. Serac Ventures, Riverwalk Capital, Sher Ventures, Seagrass, Angel Squad (Hustle Fund), Grão VC, SoGal Ventures, The Pitch, and AngelHub Mexico also took part.

The company will use the funding to grow its go-to-market and technical teams, expand its research on behavioral analytics, and deepen its integrations with the enterprise tools hiring teams already use.

Mappa was founded in 2023 by Sarah Lucena and Pablo Bérgolo. Its platform reads how people speak, including pace, pitch, and word choice, and turns those signals into a behavioral profile that helps teams find candidates who fit the role and the team around them.
