Assessment instruments

  • OrganizationAssessment instruments

Organization is the tendency to seek order, particularly in physical surroundings and how work is structured.

    Part of Conscientiousness

    What it’s about

It's about the setup of work: how someone plans, sequences, and keeps track of what needs to happen, not whether the work ultimately gets finished.

    How it shows up

High organization tends to plan before starting and keep a visible system for tracking what's outstanding. Low organization can still finish strong work, but often through improvisation rather than a maintained structure.

    Why it matters at Mappa

Organization is a different facet from diligence, and treating them as the same trait misses real differences in how two equally capable people actually operate.
