Assessment instruments

  • SecurityAssessment instruments

Security is the value placed on safety, stability, and harmony in society, relationships, and oneself.

    Part of PVQ

    Predictability and protection

It's a value oriented toward predictability and protection against disruption, whether that disruption is social, financial, or personal.

    How it shows up

High security seeks out stable structures and is wary of unnecessary disruption to them. Low security tolerates, and sometimes seeks out, more volatility in exchange for other gains.

    Why it matters at Mappa

A high-security value in a fast-changing, high-ambiguity environment is one of the more common and more avoidable sources of stress in a placement.

Find out how much stability you actually need.
